  1. Gather evidence immediately: Tracking showing delivery, order details, buyer communication screenshots
  2. Get Proof of Delivery (POD): Download from carrier showing delivery date, time, and signature if applicable
  3. Respond within the deadline: Usually 7-14 days — missing the deadline = automatic loss
  4. Submit to your payment processor: PayPal, Stripe, or credit card processor — upload all evidence
  5. Use delivery photo: FedEx and Amazon capture delivery photos — include these
