CN22 / CN23 Required Fields
- Contents type: Gift / Documents / Commercial Sample / Returned Goods / Sale of Goods / Other
- Detailed description of each item (not generic — write "Cotton T-shirt, Blue, Size M")
- Quantity of each item
- Net weight in kg for each item
- Value in USD for each item (use actual/fair market value — not )
- Country of origin for each item
- HS tariff number (recommended; required for EU since 2021)
- Sender and recipient full name and address
- Your signature and date
