Damaged Package? Here's What to Do

Act fast — most carriers require claims within 21-60 days. Follow these steps now.

⚠ Do This IMMEDIATELY When Package Arrives Damaged

  1. Do NOT throw away any packaging — Carrier will need to inspect original box and packing materials
  2. Photograph everything — Box exterior, interior packing, all sides of damaged item, shipping label
  3. Note delivery time and driver — Write down exactly when and how it was delivered
  4. Do not use the damaged item — Using it weakens your claim
  5. Contact the carrier within 24 hours — Earlier = better chance of inspection approval
