How to Set Instructions by Carrier

| USPS | Leave a note on mailbox or at door. Use Informed Delivery preferences online. |
| UPS | UPS My Choice: set delivery release authorization, leave-at location, or redirect. |
| FedEx | FedEx Delivery Manager: authorize release, specify location, or hold at FedEx Office. |
| Amazon | Amazon app: Account → Addresses → Delivery Instructions. Or add note at checkout. |
| DHL | On Demand Delivery: customize time, date, and delivery location. |
Good Delivery Instruction Examples
- Gate code: Gate code is #1234. Leave at front door inside gate.
- Back door: Please leave at back door, not visible from street.
- Neighbor: If no answer, leave with neighbor at 456 Oak Ave.
- Garage: Leave in garage. Garage code is 5678.
- Apartment: Building requires buzzer. Ring Apt 3B. If no answer, leave with front desk.
- Business: Deliver to receiving dock on north side of building.
