Dry Ice Rules
- USPS: Dry ice allowed up to 5 lbs. Must be labeled. Only via Priority Mail Express.
- UPS: Allowed up to 5.5 lbs. Must mark box as UN1845, Class 9.
- FedEx: Allowed up to 5.5 lbs domestic, 4.4 lbs international. ORM-D label required.
- DHL: Allowed with proper dangerous goods declaration.
- Never seal dry ice in airtight container — CO2 expansion can cause explosion.
- Ship Monday-Wednesday to avoid weekend warehouse sitting.
