What to Do
- Contact the carrier immediately to request package to be held before it ships back
- If address was wrong, use Package Intercept (USPS $16.40, UPS $18.00, FedEx $17.50)
- If package was refused, contact the sender to re-arrange delivery
- If address correction is needed, update your address with the carrier
- Contact sender once package returns — they can reship to correct address
